Greek quesadilla

I only call it that because it was made with greek flat bread. I can because I invinted it, and it is goood....this picture gives no justice for this little piece of Heaven.

  • Greek flat bread. Found it by the bagels, and thought it looked yummy. Had no idea what I was going to do with it.
  • Monetary Jack Cheese. Had some left over from another recipe. Ooh, I should share that one too. it's good, but besides the point.
  • Tomatoes. Had to use it because it was going to go bad soon. Great reason, huh?
  • Avocado. Not pictured because I used it the next day when I was having this for lunch. Yes, it is that good.

Sprinkled cheese over flat bread. You know like you would any old regular quesadilla. Topped with chopped tomatoes. Placed under broiler for a few minutes, and cheese was melted. Topped with avocado. Ummm good! I also made this with some good ol' cheddar too. Still yum!
