A good piece of advice.

Don't worry I didn't think of it. Good House Keeping did. I'm just passing it along. I'll just quickly sum it up. It basically was saying that when you eat you should sit down, and really enjoy it! Meaning don't watch t.v., drive, etc, etc. It was saying if you sit down and taste your food, you will fill satisfied sooner, and wont eat as much. I thought that sounded reasonable. But I'm pretty much a sit down at the dinner table kind of girl already. But the other night we were babysitting (a great date night tradsie) we decided to splurge and order pizza. I was so excited to eat pizza because we don't order it out very much. But while I was trying to get every one eating, and so and so on. I just kept eating, and eating. I finally realized what was happening. I wasn't really enjoying it. So I kept wanting more. I think someone at Good House Keeping really knew what they were talking about. Still a skeptic? Try it out.
