So my husband likes to tease me because I misspell things on our blog a lot. If you read it frequently you have probably already noticed this. Well today it is my turn to tease him. Today my husband drove all the way to work (32nd Street & Ellwood, downtown) before he realized he was wearing mismatched shoes. That's right one was black and one was brown. HILARIOUS!!! In his defense it was still dark outside. Bless his heart he gets ready with just the shower light on so he doesn't wake me up. I love him so much I took his brown shoe all the way to his work. Had to get the kids up, it was still early and dark outside. The funny thing is he is conducting interviews today because his department is hiring, and he had to do the first one with mismatched shoes. Traffic was so bad we didn't quite make it in time.
New Years was pretty low key. We watched the Chick-fil-A Bowl. Doesn't sound exciting, but Richards favorite college team Auburn was playing. I made him a cake witch didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to look. It tasted good anyways, and the kids liked it. Auburn won by the way WAR EAGLE!!!

Way to go Holly Homemaker!!! I am so impressed about the cake. I should hire you out for the next family b-day. Also you are a fantastic wife and He is so lucky to have you I don't know if I would've done the same. PS I am not so good at the spelling thing either, but we have other talents right???
