Well, here goes our first post. The Calhouns have stayed pretty busy lately, so we thought this would be a wonderful way to show our friends and family what's going on.
- Richard (a.k.a. Daddy) still works for the University of Phoenix, which will be four years in March. He still loves it. He is also half way through his masters program with the University. He will be finished next August. YEAH!!!! We are so proud of him and all of his hard work and achievements.
- Lori is finishing her last two pre-reqs for nursing school. Can I get a double YEAH!!! Chemistry and Microbiology. It's worse than it sounds. She has a wonderful husband and fabulous friends who help her with the children and keep her motivated.
- Jaren is four years old now. He loves pre-school. His favorite part is recess. This week he was student of the week. He is smart and funny. He also plays tee-ball and loves Peter Pan. In fact, he's going to be Peter Pan for Halloween.
- Jace is two years old now. We like to call him Jace Face. He's just so cute. He loves to play with his brother (mostly wrestle). He will eat just about anything, but grapes are his favorite. He is going to be a firefighter for Halloween.
- Just in case you live in a cave, we are waiting and planning for BABY BOY #3. No names yet, but Lori will be 21 weeks tomorrow. The doctor says the baby is big. His note on the chart was fetal growth large. It looks like another big baby. We don't mind because it means he gets to come early. The boys are excited, mostly because Richard told them they could start a band. Jaren has already called guitar player.
